A commission of $19.99 will initially be charged. After you execute 30 trades in any single account during the below stated calendar quarter, your account will be rebated $10.00 per trade for every trade over thirty at the end of the quarter. This rate applies for all Over the Counter Markets. An additional charge of $0.025 per share will apply to all listed securities routed to an exchange (NYSE or AMEX). Option trades will be assessed the base rate of $19.99 per trade + $1.50 per contract.

Quarterly Account Service Fee:
Your account will be reviewed on a quarterly basis and a $40.00 account maintenance fee will be assessed if certain conditions exist. Each quarter of the calendar year (see below schedule), your account will be assessed a $40.00 maintenance fee, unless one of the following conditions is met::
- Your account has been opened for less than one year
- At least one trade was executed during the quarter
- You maintain a money market balance over $10,000.00
(The fee will be assessed at the end of the first quarter after the first calendar year has passed. For example, an account opened on January 20th 2008 that does not meet any of the aforementioned conditions will be assessed the fee at the end of the first full quarter on March 25th, 2009).
